When you click on My Account, nothing comes up but a blank page.
You need to clear cache and data completely.
For iPhone User:

How to clear app data and uninstall the app
- Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Scroll down to the list of apps and tap on Match! Tennis.
- Next, tap Delete App. Tap Delete App again to confirm.
- Go to the App Store and reinstall it.
Safari on iPhone
How to remove the Web Browser cache on iPhone (Safari)
- Open Settings, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (starting with Passwords & Accounts).
2 Tap Safari. - Scroll down and tap ‘Clear History and Website Data’.
- In the popup, tap ‘Clear History and Data’ to confirm.
For Android User:

- Tap Other apps
- Scroll down to the list of apps and tap on Match! Tennis.
- Tap ‘Clear Cache’ and ‘Clear Data’
- Go back to Match Tennis App and login.

- click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right
- click settings
- click privacy
- click clear browsing data
- choose cookies and site data, cached images and files
- then click clear data
- go back to the screen and click refresh.
For Desktop User

- Choose Chrome in the top bar.
- Click Clear Browsing Data.
- Choose Cookies and Site data, Cached Images and Files
- Click Clear Browsing Data.

- Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.
- Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.
- Select the Develop drop-down menu.
- Click Empty Cache.
