When you click on My Account, nothing comes up but a blank page.
You need to clear cache and data completely.


For iPhone User:

  1. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Scroll down to the list of apps and tap on Match! Tennis.
  2. Next, tap Delete App. Tap Delete App again to confirm.
  3. Go to the App Store and reinstall it.

Safari on iPhone
How to remove the Web Browser cache on iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open Settings, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (starting with Passwords & Accounts).
    2 Tap Safari.
  2. Scroll down and tap ‘Clear History and Website Data’.
  3. In the popup, tap ‘Clear History and Data’ to confirm.

  7. Go back to Match Tennis App and login.

  1. click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right
  2. click settings
  3. click privacy
  4. click clear browsing data
  5. choose cookies and site data, cached images and files
  6. then click clear data
  7. go back to the screen and click refresh.
